Refund policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

In short: faulty, incomplete or not as described? I'll fix, replace or refund it. Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days if you haven't downloaded the files. Once you download, the change-of-mind right ends, as you agree at checkout. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Who you're buying from

Bala Danmeri, trading as Noor Intelligence, Wincanton, Somerset, United Kingdom. Email: info@baladanmeri.com.

What you're buying

Audience Agent OS (Prompt Edition or Claude Plugin Pack) is digital content: downloadable files supplied immediately after payment. It is a specification, templates and data for an AI coding agent, not finished software.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) normally gives you 14 days to cancel. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged you would lose the right. Checkout asks you to confirm this before you pay.

If you have paid but not downloaded the files, email me within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you in full.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your files are corrupt, incomplete, or materially different from what the sales page describes, tell me. I will repair or replace them. If I can't do that within a reasonable time, or it doesn't fix the problem, you can have a full or partial refund.

What isn't covered

How to ask for a refund

Email info@baladanmeri.com with the email address you paid with, the date, which edition you bought, and what went wrong. I aim to reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

After a refund

A refund ends your licence to use the files. Please delete your copies.

Buying as a business

The 14-day cancellation right is for consumers. If you buy for a business, the faulty-or-not-as-described terms above still apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
